We needed someone who could come in and tell us what needs upgrading to gain maximum performance from our ageing kit. He offered new IT equipment at great prices and so far we have implemented the most important parts of the system, all in the timeframe that was required. We now pay monthly for his back up and services and he is always on hand when we need him.

There is not a single thing Simon does not know about IT! I brought him into the company I manage and he did a complete IT overhaul. He streamlined the entire process making it flawless. Simon is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, punctual and honest. So glad we switched our IT support to Upgrade My Desk Ltd - we'd had some problems with previous support but Simon at UMD quickly sorted everything out and has made sure that our systems are all working and stay working properly.
