Review Time
I've used this company for a couple of years and then decided that FX trading wasn't for me. I've asked them several times now to close my account and for the second month in a row they have taken payment. They told me they had closed my account but clearly hadn't. The service itself wasn't the best with the vps often being down and then having to contact them to tell them to reinstate my service (they also would never tell me how long the vps had been down)which always felt like pulling teeth. Avoid this company if you want a) a reliable vps service and b) good customer service.

Great server provider last many months no downtime. It best for forex trading with EA. I can see many bad reviews in current list but this makes me surprise what is working wrong with them. I love this provider for the good customer support.

Terrible customer service.When i first became a member i was informed that i will be given my login details within 15-30 mins. after logging many tickets i got my log in details several hours later. recently my VPS went down and i logged a ticket on the sunday and it has been more than 25 hours with no communication at all. my vps is still down with now contact from support. i will be canceling my subscription
