I signed up to FXSVPS about 18 months ago. To explain what went wrong let me explain from the beginning.1st bad experience- All seemed good at the start, after a few months I realised they were double billing me. Instead of monthly payments they were taking from my paypal fortnightly. I cancelled them being able to debit my paypal just in case.2nd,3rd,4th,5th,6th,7th,8th bad experience was the service would drop out and I would have to get them to restart the VPS, if this happened Tuesday to Friday that was fine, but from Friday afternoon to Monday night there is no response on the 247 chat. I got stuck in some trades.9th bad experience - After resolving the billing that they would not refund, they credited me to not pay until the full year as they double billed for 6 months. When the time came around they say they could not contact me via email so they cancelled my service. Which I know for a fact was lies as I had other emails besides billing emails. After explaining this to them they said i would have to sign up again and they could not recover my service and robots, so all had to be reloaded. And no sorry...10th bad experience - after signing up again, double billing started again, so cancelled paypal direct debit again.11th bad experience - Received notification that they would be upgrading and I would have to repoad everything again. I managed to get a guy called Alan Bright on the 247 chat and asked if they could mover my MT4 and bots over to the new service, which had been a previous scenario sop I knew they could do it. He said I need to open a ticket with technical support, I expressed that it had to happen quickly as there is less than 24hours to act. He then stopped any communication and no one would talk to me on 247 chat. So I opened a ticket and waited and waited and waited over 3 weeks (the old server was still working) checking back everyday if they answered my support ticket until the last day when my service stopped working. So I checked the support ticket and guess what..... they deleted the open ticket.That was the last straw for me and they can go f... themselves.Ahh lastly forgot to mention.... I did try to copy the MT4 and bots over myself by following instructions on youtube which said to compress/zip the file to get to the new platform. It wouldn't let me do this as it said there was a virus in the file. What does that tell you??

Stay away from this one. I have been using it from last 10 months. It was ok until after about 4 months i could not access my VPS for 2.5 hours! When they finally fixed it, my platforms was off, so they had some major brake down for sure. I was looking at their blog about explanation, last update was sometime in 2021. Two days ago at 10PM i received "urgent" email that because my security they changed my IP address and i need to move in 48 hours. Can you believe that? I had open trades on three platforms, i can not just shut everything down and move! Whats worst, this morning, 34 hours after the email they shut me down. I can not retrieve ANYTHING that i had on the server. Support just blew me off..

Scam fxsvps.com/ This website is scammers site. Do not purchase from this site. If you will purchase vps service you can not cancel it. After unsubscribing your service they will keep on charging you untill and unless you block your credit or debit card. I have unsubscribe the service but they are sending bill every month.
