Scam fxsvps.com/ This website is scammers site. Do not purchase from this site. If you will purchase vps service you can not cancel it. After unsubscribing your service they will keep on charging you untill and unless you block your credit or debit card. I have unsubscribe the service but they are sending bill every month.
Terrible company and I wish I had read reviews first. Terrible uptime. They’re always down or switching IP addresses on you so you can’t access your server. There’s no where to cancel your subscription. Be prepared to cancel your payment method. I have been asking them to cancel my subscriptions for a month now and they still won’t. Can’t remove your payment methods from their site. Customer service is arguably terrible. They know they have these issues and play dumb.

Offers a cheap plan that you can afford, but when you go to use it, it`s terrible, very high latency, server located in EU, when they say that disponiblize a New York server, but for you acess it you have to pay more 10$ to upgrade you plan, complete rubbish, almost scam. There are better sites that provide a cheap vps with low latency.

I started having problems last month. I had to contact their technical service to access my virtual machine again. They had erased everything at the time without any backup. I had to reconfigure my MT4. But since then I always had problems with trading speed. Since yesterday I no longer have access to their server again and I have no response by email. The worst part is that I can no longer access my account to open a complaint. On their web page there is no information about a problem. Two days with a server that does not work and no message of apology or response to my emails. I have stopped my automatic payments and I am actively looking for another VPS.

Absolutely zero customer support. About 30% of my clients have been double charged when subscribing. Servers always down. Can't log in. Will read your messages and not reply. Business relies on these vps and now we have to vacate. Shocking I would not recommend this company to anybody at all. Awful service
