Missing item... Steering clear

I ordered an Everton strip but received it with Ajax socks instead. The customer service was poor, offering only £5 compensation or the option to buy something else due to shipping costs, with a promise of a free gift. They falsely claimed the socks were out of stock, even though they still advertised the full strip and additional socks. I recommend avoiding this completely.

Completely disappointed

Completely disappointed. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a kit for my son for Christmas, but it hasn’t arrived. Now I see that when it does, it’s likely to be of poor quality, and knowing it’s not even a UK company makes me even sadder. Christmas morning is going to be tough as we’ll have to figure out how to get a refund.

Wish I would have seen this before…

Wish I would have seen this before placing order.Purchassed football shirt for Christmas, Received but they sent wrong size! Haveing trouble returning for refund even though site says 100 day refund.Been offered 10% off if I keep.

Terrible company - bunch of scammers!

If it was possible to give 0 stars for this scam company then I would. I ordered a long sleeved, personalised Newcastle jersey for my son and they sent a short-sleeved jersey instead. When I asked for my order to be rectified they replied that I could keep the short-sleeved top and order something else from them to the value of the difference (about £3!) I said I didn't want to do that as I had specifically ordered a long-sleeved jersey and that's what I'd paid for. I the meantime a second short-sleeved jersey arrived which I hadn't even ordered! I demanded a refund and was told that their 'finance' department could not authorise such a big refund - it was £36! They just kept trying to offer me a paltry £3 refund and the chance to apply for VIP membership ... as if I would ever order from this company again. I am now going down the route of trying to claim my money back through my credit card company and reporting this company as fraudulent. I think they know exactly what they are doing and are nothing more than a bunch of scammers. It's a shame their website makes them look authentically British - do not be fooled by this!

Appauling customer service

Appauling customer service, ordered football kit 6th Dec, still waiting for delivery, just keep being told to be patient. Definitely not going to arrive for Christmas, very disappointing, would not recommend.

This is not a UK based company

Do not be misled into thinking this is a UK company, it is not, it is based in China.I ordered a personalised jersey as a Xmas present, what I received was something totally different & poorly made.I am in a battle to return the item & obtain a refund, which according to their policy I am at liberty to do. Their customer service however states differently.I have had to complain to PayPal, who thankfully I paid through & they have taken up my case.

Wrong size- unwilling to put right

Order took a couple of weeks to arrive. They sent the wrong size. I had been give a WhatsApp number to contact them when chasing the delivery so complained and asked for correct size to be sent out. They had me several options (all included placing another order with various free add ons), the one thing they said they couldn’t do though was just send me the correct product/size I ordered. Very poor . Avoid!

This company is awful

This company is awful I've only given 1 because I have to give them something to review. I ordered a top it took 3 weeks for me to have ro contact them to then be told it would be on its way. 2 weeks later still nothing so I emailed and then was told they didnt have it. I asked for a refund to then be told their account is frozen and I've got to wait 180 days. I've emailed again to say i want my refund now this is disgusting as that is a joke.

No update on order status after 11 days

Ordered football shirts in time for Christmas. Nothing has happened since the order confirmation at the time of purchase. I have send 5 chasing emails enquiring where in the processing / shipping process this order has got to given it needs to be here next week. I have had a reply to say 'please be patient' but no update on the order. Seems unlikely it is going to arrive given it has not been processed. Some communication with an update would help me make alternative arrangements or cancel the order but they are now simply not replying.

Was very dubious after ordering as…

Was very dubious after ordering as everything was saying scam, and no reviews anywhere etc. But my order has turned up today after only ordering a week and a half ago with free delivery. All correct sizing and name on the back of the shirt. I’ll write another review Christmas Day once they’ve been tried and tested… thank you
