However, the best thing about Motocaddy has been the remarkably fast, professional service. I needed some help in ordering and have had a few other question. Deane (spelling) is just incredible. Can’t say how much I have appreciated her timely help and comprehensive understanding of the products. Overall, some of the best costumer support I’ve experienced. Outstanding Service Experience with the Company

On January 5th, I had a fantastic experience with the company. The issue involved an umbrella of excellent quality, but unfortunately, the spring/clip fell off. After explaining the situation, the company couldn't replace the clip but generously chose to replace my umbrella instead. I am truly grateful for this resolution.
