I ordered items for my son on December 12th, but nothing arrived. When I reached out via email, I was told the orders weren't shipped on time and that I would receive a refund. A month has passed, and I'm still waiting—no refund, no updates, and no way to contact the complaints department. This has been a frustrating experience; I wish I had checked reviews before ordering.
ONE STAR. Avoid ordering from this company. I requested a Men’s large, but received a Women’s size 14 instead. After sending four emails with photos to prove the mistake, they offered a buy one get one free deal without any chance of getting the correct item or a refund. I regret not reading the reviews earlier, which indicated that many had received incorrect sizes. I don’t know much about football T-shirts, so it’s my fault for not doing more research, but they are clearly not genuine.
The football shirt I received was fake and did not match the original. When I attempted to return it, I was informed that while the quality issue was acknowledged, they advised against returning it due to lack of a process and the high shipping costs being equivalent to the item's value.
I placed an order for a football shirt on December 2, 2025, and aside from the initial confirmation, I received no dispatch email, tracking information, or updates. My follow-up emails yielded only generic, unprofessional responses with no real contact details—some even in a different language. I learned the shirt was out of stock only after inquiring about dispatch. After swapping for another item on December 13, I still have no updates. Thankfully, I paid via PayPal and managed to get my money back, but I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand. The site seemed legitimate, but now it feels like a complete scam.
If I could give a 0, I would—clearly a scam. I ordered two football shirts that didn’t arrive in time for Christmas. When I contacted the company, I was informed that my order hadn’t been processed in the system. They couldn’t provide a timeline for a refund! Now I’m trying to get my money back through my bank. Absolutely furious!
DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! I ordered a shirt as a Christmas gift for my nephew, assuming it was legitimate due to the company’s address. MISTAKE... The shirt came from overseas and took 2-3 weeks to arrive. I ordered a size for an 11-year-old, but what arrived wouldn’t fit a 7-year-old. When I requested a return and refund, I was told returning the shirt wasn’t an option, but they offered to send a replacement if I ordered another item, which I refused. I have received various refund offers, but a full refund wasn’t available. I’m still waiting for a response to my numerous emails... To avoid holiday disappointment, I purchased another shirt from a reputable store that arrived in just two days.
