Extremely disappointing experience!!!

Extremely disappointing experience! They quoted me $33 for my device, then falsely claimed it had a "ghost image" and revised their offer to just $5. I had to submit two demands for them to return my device before they finally agreed. Later, I discovered numerous negative reviews online about similar issues, with many users reporting drastic downgrades due to non-existent damages. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
