I had a very frustrating experience after ordering from an online platform. The seller sent a significantly less valuable item, and now I have to deal with printing my own return labels. The automated support is unhelpful, just repeating the same phrases. This has been my worst shopping experience to date, and I hope to resolve it soon and get a full refund for the item I actually wanted.

The automated support is unhelpful, just going in circles with responses. This has been my worst shopping experience ever, and I hope to resolve it soon and receive a full refund for the item I actually wanted.
The packaging of the item was badly torn; I'm surprised the controller seems fine so far. Additionally, I received no notice of attempted delivery and had to track it manually. I don't blame the seller for this, but I wanted to mention it to help prevent similar issues in the future.
