I don't recommend it at all, I insured my son's laptop, it sopped charging and they said they don't cover it, because it is a breakdown not a an accidental damage. I have been paying premium for more than 12 months, and I think I paid more than the price of the laptop.Simply put, it is a rip off, avoid.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TYPE OF INSURANCE THEY HAVE HAD MY MOBILE PHONE FOR A REPAIR SINCE 27/8/24 IT HAS GONE MISSING ON THE 11/9/24 STILL WITHOUT MY MOBILE AND WE ARE NOW IN OCTOBERAVOID AT ALL COSTS AS EVEN WHEN THEY LOOSE YOUR PROPERTY STILL WONT PAY OUT ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GO WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY AS THIS ONE DEFINITELY IS NOT !!!!!The financial ombudsman is handling it now as the email address you have stated on here is invalid now there is a surprise CLAIM NUMBER EVS002630835 / 1365522 MONTHS NOW STILL NO PHONE AND STILL NO UPDATES !!!SURPRISE SURPRISE AFTER HAVING MY HANDSET BLOCKED I GUESS THE THEIF HAD NO USE FOR IT 9 WEEKS LATER I HAVE MY PHONE BACK WITH A DIFFERENT STYLUS THAT WONT WORK WITH MY PHONE AND THE NEW SCREEN HASNT BEEN FITTED PROPERLY AND NOW POPS I HAVE NOW CANCELLED MY POLICY AND WILL HAVE TO PAY OUT OF MY OWN POCKET TO REPAIR MY PHONE PROPERLY STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS !!!!THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR YEARSDONT REPAIR YOUR PHONE PROPERLYTHEY STEAL YOUR PHONETHEY DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITYTHEY DONT CAREROBBERS !!!!
Like a previous post, my claim began at the end of September and now here we are middle of December and still nothing, given the run around every time, "oh we've passed this over to our insurers" the Davis group, despite emails /phone calls and being told it was being "escalated" there has been no response from this gang,1 star is too much to be honest, I wonder why did I bother with this lot
