Review Time
I submitted my claim on May 16th. It has been almost a month, and I still have not even sent my phone away to be fixed. I was charged twice for the excess fee and have gotten very slow limited replies. The customer service is terrible.
I started a claim on the 10th may and still have gotten no closer to getting my phone fixed. This is a very long process, and not a good way to run a business. I feel as if I am being given the run around while this company continues to take my premium every month.
