Nothing is too much trouble for Bernadette at Galatic Travels. I booked my first holiday to Greece with her as a single Mum of 3 young boys and she was there for me every step of the way. Since then all my holidays are booked through Galatic Travels. Alot of time & effort is taken during the searching stage and its a great help with zero stress having all the paperwork etc in place leading up to departure 😎
I have booked with Bernie from Galactic Travels many times now after being recommended by a friend. Whether it is a holiday far away, cruise, beach holiday or a European short break away then Bernie is your woman. In my books she is super woman when it comes to booking holidays. She’s does everything from start to finish, keeps you informed throughout, books lounges and trips when you are away and even prints your tickets etc when she checks you in. I cannot recommend her enough, she’s just fantastic.
Absolutely brilliant! I can’t recommend enough! Bernadette is just lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble and I book every holiday through her now. She is so knowledgeable and really listens to what you want and gets it right every time. The holiday info/boarding cards arrive through the post and everything is taken care of- she’s always on hand for any issues too like when our flights got cancelled etc and is really helpful. Can’t recommend enough 5*
I have lost count of the amount of holidays we have booked through Bernie at Galactic Travels over the years. None of which has ever been anything less than amazing. I would never book with anyone else now. She looks after us so well, takes all the stress away and we can rest assured that the hotel and location will be fabulous. I've just returned from a fabulous holiday in an amazing hotel, all picked by Bernie for us. Nothing is too much trouble and she is always at the end of the phone or a message away anytime day or night. I will continue to recommend her to anyone who listens - thanks again to Bernie, Rose and the rest of the Galactic Travels team.
The personal touch - Bernie genuinely goes above and beyond in a bid to provide your perfect break - she has arranged various types of holiday ranging from various beach holidays to a road trip across Canada and even my sons Wedding in Rhodes nothing is too much trouble. My partner had abirthday whilst in Greece and she arranged a cake as a surprise, Highly recommend
