This is a complete scam. Before the concert I requested a refund for my order due to the tickets never arriving. I was informed by their service that my funds would be returned within 5-8 days. As of now, I have not received anything. When can I expect my refund?
I specifically selected three tickets for a match. However, they were not together and were issued by different representatives of the service. The entry system flagged the third ticket as it was clear it came from a reseller. Stadium staff confirmed that the service is not an authorized reseller and that my ticket was invalid.

Then, just two days before the event, my sale was cancelled due to ticket restrictions, and I was charged a penalty fee. This is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise caution when selling through this platform; even if you do everything right, you could still be penalized for their mistakes.
I can't relate to others who were scammed, but I can see how it might happen. My experience was different; I received my tickets and was able to enter a Champions League game. However, I was only given a link to the tickets and no additional rights. The service could easily resell the same ticket and provide the same link to others. Even though I was fortunate, I doubt I'll trust them again soon.
The service does not provide adequate support for sending tickets. The platform simply does not accept ticket submissions, and there seems to be no resolution available. Buyers could end up without their tickets, as the platform also does not share buyers' email addresses for direct communication.
We purchased two tickets for a Bundesliga game at a high cost, but upon arrival, we found our tickets were blocked. The ticket office informed us that someone else had entered with the same tickets shortly before we arrived. We had arrived hours early, so it seemed someone was aware of the situation. We traveled from another country and incurred additional costs beyond the ticket price. I still haven't heard back from the service. I would not recommend this platform to anyone!
