Decrease in game quality and selection

As a long-time member, I've seen a noticeable drop in both the quantity and quality of games available in the past 18 months. This service used to offer fantastic hidden object games with great stories and graphics, but now most games seem low quality with minimal production values. It's quite disappointing. I'm going through the library to find anything reminiscent of the titles I enjoyed over a year ago, but the selection is lacking. Once I've explored the options, I might cancel my subscription but may check back later, as this was once an excellent service.

Locked out of my account

I was locked out of my account, and my requests for assistance went unanswered while I continued to be charged monthly. The bank stopped the payments, but apparently, they change business names or account numbers to keep charging. I had to cancel my card to stop the charges. Please be cautious!
