The team is efficient and contacts you quickly to discuss delivery needs (like stairs) and to set a date. They provide a time frame and call you half an hour before arrival.

If you're looking for a company with poor communication and a terrible delivery service, this is the one to choose. My sofa arrived late and damaged, and I had to enlist a neighbor's help to carry it up the stairs because the courier wouldn't fulfill the agreement. Very disappointing service.
