I had a very disappointing experience with Gangsta Casino. I opened my account on 22 September and went through their full verification process, which the casino confirmed as completed on 15 October. Every attempt to follow up was cut off within seconds, so I was never able to get a reason for the closure or save a transcript.I never received any email notification, warning, or explanation from the casino. Since I couldn’t get an answer directly, I submitted a complaint on AskGamblers - but Gangsta Casino did not respond there either, and the complaint had to be closed as unresolved due to lack of engagement.My concern isn’t about money; it’s about transparency and communication. Having an account permanently closed without explanation - and then being unable to speak to support or receive a proper response through a reputable complaint platform - creates a very poor experience. I hope the casino improves the way it communicates with players, especially in situations like this.
