Do not use this website. I have numerous problems with it, starting with the fact that they charged me twice for my subscription after cancelling it. Not to mention, two times I sent my box back, they claimed I didn't return an item and/or items. There is little to no customer service, and their stock is extremely limited.

Horrible communication with customer service. I’ve had to reach out for days to get any kind of response and when you finally get someone to message you back because you can’t call , there’s no follow through. It’s a great idea but the customer service end needs a major overhaul!!
The clothes are clearly worn and washed multiple times, seemingly by people who do not know how to care for clothes, They appear cheap, have distorted seams and are of poor construction. They do not come ready to wear, requiring pressing or steaming before it can be worn. 4 of my first 6 items seemed like Temu or SHEIN quality that I would not accept if offered to me for free, but are valued at over $100. Please avoid this company at all costs. You would do better to go to the thrift store.
$950... spent at Urban outfitters. For my daughter. Didn't know what Nuuly was about. All rags!!! Old, disgusting looking, and unwearably. I donate MUCH better clothes. Jumped through many many hoops, they didn't care, nor looked at the items I sent back, 10 pieces. No refund, no return of the rags. Disgusted at Urban outfitters who sell their items. They didn't want to know either. Never again!!!!
Went online to make an account so that I could buy a gift certificate for my daughter-in-law. The process wa a nightmare. I made the account and tried around 20 times to put in my CC info only to find out when I was trying to put in my billing address the site consistently kicked me off and I had to retry again. I talked with AI chat which made some suggestions that did not work, and a team member who sent a canned message (might be a bot too) with suggestions...they would not work either. After almost 2 hours asking them to contact me by email, phone and chat, I just said to cancel/delete the account where they indicated the account could not be deleted for 30 days. This company has real problems and AI is losing them consumers. I would suggest any company with this poor service on such a simple process is suspect.
I did not subscribe I purchased… I did not realize I would be unable to exchange an item for a different size that they had in stock. Every single pair of jeans in my closet is a size 29. I ordered everything in a 29 and all came too small. They were unwilling to exchange any of the items so I three pairs of jeans that I can’t wear. Never mind from them again.
Boasts great brands but sizes in these name brands are rarely available. Items are commonly overworn, faded, and misshapen by many rounds of wear and wash. Smell is off when items come sometimes so I must rewash. Items are always heavily wrinkled so you must press everything. This service overpromises and under delivers. Too bad because it had potential since premium brands are offered, but they are being cheap about replacing items and providing adequate inventory to meet demand.
