Review Time
I'm very pleased with my Wilkinson telescopic trowel, and eagerly await Spring, when I'll be using it. It looks sturdy and simple to extend and will be really useful.I was impressed by the swift delivery, and will be using Garden Centre again.
Arrived on time. To be honest the rose looked dead but I'll need to give it time to see if it livesI bought it to celebrate my late wife and my 50th anniversary Which we didn't get to celebrate by 8 months If it grows I'll update to 5 stars
Ordered the fire pit that should have come with a poker and rain cover. Item was delivered but with rain cover missing. Notified seller who told me the product doesn’t have a cover with it. Pointed out, with images and description from their website that it does. They eventually agreed and arranged for one to be sent out. It never came. Emailed them again to ask where the cover was, only to be told again that it doesn’t have a rain cover in the package. Informed them, again, that it does. Repeated the past email, again with images etc. Again they then acknowledged it should come with a cover. Finally, over 6 weeks or more later a cover has arrived. Having to quote consumer law to finally get the correct response is not acceptable. Won’t be shopping here again. Left hand, right hand etc and to be unable to deal with a simple problem in one go does not inspire any confidence.
