Ordered a knife and a handle in the morning and it was shipped later that day. What makes this company special is that I received an email from Tony (Owner) within a few minutes to make sure that I wanted them to remove the original handle and install the new one. I also had a special request to have the original handle sent with the knife. Not only did they they have the handle installed and shipped within less than 8 hours, but I received the knife and it was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Tokushu to anyone looking for a knife.
