Review Time
Pretty good, the prices of their seeds I purchased were cheaper than most garden centre's but it was the free delivery that really made all the difference otherwise I might not of gone ahead with the order.The only slight negative was the length of time they took to get to me but I suppose with the postage being free I can’t really complain too much!
Excellent customer service. I had an issue with my order and i raised the query via email. I was given a call back and was given my options. The customer service representative was very patient and helpful and she resolved my issue in no time. I was a bit vary at time of placing the order as it was my first time but they have now won me over so I can shop on this website with confidence. Keep up your great customer service
Order an outside light, the one I received looks like is has been returned, the parcel arrived in good condition, but when opened the light box was in a poor state stuck together with parcel tape, no packaging inside no screws to mount.Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. Wouldn't use again, haven't decided whether to return from reviews doesn't seem easy.
