Great value for money. Very fast and well documented delivery process. Quality looks decent but will have to be proven on the long term. One improvement item: the ID numbering is not present on all tubes. I could solve it by comparing the ones without numbers to the ones that did have a number, and some logical thinking. But all of them should have a number in my opinion.

The lounge that I received is full of…

The lounge that I received is full of scratches and other damage. It is a shame that they sent this to a customer. I want to return the set, and now they want me to pay for the return. I think this is their business model: deliver rubbish, provide bad service, and make the customer pay extra. The webpage is the customer service, and even after sending pictures of the damage, it always gives the same answer: please send pictures.
