I ordered a vanity from OK Living, It arrived with a manufacturing defect. The table top for vanity was missing the required holes, which makes assembly impossible. The product is unusable.
January 25, 2026
I reported the defect the same day. I sent photos. I explained clearly that the vanity cannot be assembled.
January 26, 2026
OK Living confirmed they would send a full replacement package. I accepted. They instructed me to return the rest of the package and keep the defective part. A return label was issued. At this point, they formally chose replacement as the solution.
February 7, 2026
After hearing nothing, I followed up. I was then told the required new vanity was out of stock and there was no delivery date. So the promised replacement was never actually coming.
On the same day, they offered a refund of DKK 2,000.
February 9, 2026
Instead of honouring that amount, they issued a “credit note” for DKK 200. Not DKK 2,000. DKK 200. For a completely unusable piece of furniture.
When I challenged this, they suddenly shifted the argument and claimed that the cancellation period had expired. I didn't have a change of mind return. This is a defective product. They acknowledged the defect. They promised a replacement. They failed to deliver it. Then they tried to reduce the refund to a fraction of what was discussed! So bad.
To summarize:
• They shipped a defective product
• They acknowledged the defect
• They promised a replacement on January 26
• They failed to deliver the replacement
• They offered DKK 2,000 on February 7
• They then issued only DKK 200
• They attempted to hide behind “expired cancellation” instead of handling the defect
The product cannot be used. The replacement never arrived. The refund has not happened, and they continue to say "Cancellation isn't possible"! It's like they're not even reading my emails. And every time the mail is from a totally different person.
This has been a frustrating and unnecessary process from start to finish. I would not recommend ordering from OK Living, ever!!! Basically, they are thieves at this point; they've stolen my money and delivered a faulty product.

I ordered my Kommode just before the Christmas holidays and OK Living handled the order quickly and shipped it within 48h. They even had a better price than Amazon/Otto/Home24 for the item that I bought - so I am pretty happy with them.
Purchased a flat packed sideboard via Amazon. Instructions were useless. One of the draw fronts had a bulge in it. I was told replacement parts could not be sent out and was offered £30 refund. It took us hours to get the draws aligned. One remains jammed shut and unusable. Due to that and the damage to the draw front it isn't fit for the dining room so has been hidden away in spare bedroom. Overall a very stressful experience for a shoddy piece of furniture. Will never use this company again.
This is a reply I had following a failure of the floating table hangers. These hangers have a plastic section which is used to apply the tension. This has failed, however they are stating it’s the wall’s fault. The wall is complete and still has the securing bolts. I will not be taking this case via the small claims court.“ We have re-analyzed your photo and have concluded that you apparently did not determine the type of wall before installation. You were obligated to verify that the provided fixings were suitable for this type of wood panel. It is clear that the wall was not suitable to support the furniture. It was the wall that gave way under the weight of the furniture, not the furniture itself that was defective. Furthermore, your photo shows drawers that are far too full!”
My table arrived with two scratches right across the top of it and somebody had tried to hide the scratches with black marker pen, the response was ok we can offer you £20 if you can get the problem sorted yourself or you can send it back but we cannot collect it you will have to take it to the parcel force shop, its a MASSIVE HEAVY TABLE and i am 54 and 5.0ft, how on this earth can i take this to a shop.
