I've bought two Gardpro watches nows, the 2nd and 3rd generation of the ultra series. The third was an improvement over the 2nd, yet still the same good value for money.
The communication has been very good as has the packaging and timeliness of the delivery.
I enjoy reading and viewing reviews of Smartwatches and tend to buy two or three a year. I look forward to the next generation of the Gardpro Ultra series and will happily add it to my collection.
Rugged with a great battery life of around 10 days.
I reached out late one evening with a question about a replacement charger for my watch and a recent order. I received a response the following morning, and my issue was resolved immediately. I'm very satisfied.
I was looking for a reasonable price watch as a Christmas present for a good friend, the Gard Pro 3 health looked just right, good looking watch, plenty of useful apps and a very good price compared to my apple ultra 2, I was concerned it might not arrive before Christmas, I contacted customer support and had a response the same day the watch was delivered the next day, I would like to give a five star rating for the watch and customer support.

This watch is fantastic, especially its battery life and accompanying app. However, the delivery was lacking; I waited at home for it to arrive, but it came two days late, which was frustrating, especially around Christmas. It's very comfortable to wear and easy to set up and use. Overall, it's a great value and definitely worth the price. It looks wonderful on the wrist.
I am convinced that the positive reviews are not genuine! I attempted to return my item due to its poor quality; I paid £1 to download the return label and £5.49 for recorded delivery, but the parcel was sent back to me as 'not known at address'—the address on the printed label. I recommend avoiding this at all costs.
My partner had a minor strap issue, which may seem trivial, but she loves this wonderful watch. I reached out to the support team and received a quick, positive response. The issue was resolved immediately, and a new strap is on its way at no cost. The communication was excellent. One representative truly stood out. Excellent product, amazing staff, and remarkable service. A benchmark for many companies. Thank you!
