I love this watch. I work in a warehouse and it's already sustained knocks. I love the look, weight , size and comfort. I'm still playing with it at the moment, but so far, I'm happy. Not a lot of money, but it's doing everything that it says it does.

I appreciate the watch and its features, but I'm already on my second replacement. Unfortunately, not even two months into using it, I'm experiencing problems again. The first watch had water leaking inside, damaging it, and now this one has stopped all monitoring functions, including GPS. Additionally, the battery is draining within a day instead of lasting three weeks like before. I've contacted the support team through social media for another replacement today.
When my watch's wristband broke, I contacted customer service about a replacement. They were quick to respond, very helpful, and offered a replacement band. Shipping was fast too! I will definitely purchase more from this company, as their products and service truly deserve five stars!
