I wish I had read the reviews before trying the free 3 day trial. I have tried to cancel via email and no response. Now I am calling my credit card to report fraud since they have not responded. Please do not purchase!!!! I also give it a 0!!!
This app is absolute poo. I got it because I couldn’t do my sparx maths 🙄, and signed up for the FREE three day trial, which I un-subscribed to within the 3 days. Then, I get a notification that the app has tried to take £50 out of my bank? absolute peices of 💩 , I hope whoever runs this website has both sides of their pillow boiling hot and suffers a severe case of explosive diarrhoea, which then causes you to have a tonne of piles 🥰🥰 (no pun intended) I’m just glad I didn’t have £50 in my bank to spend on this stupid @rsew*pe looking app 🤷🏻♀️😘
I downloaded this app after searching a question on Google and getting it as a result on 9/26/2023. It gave me the option of a 3-day FREE TRIAL before charging $49.99 ($52.99 with tax) for a 6 month subscription. Of course I chose the free trial because I wanted to know how helpful this app would be. After using it for 2 questions, I deemed it unhelpful and went to cancel the subscription.Just as I am about to do so, I get an email saying my subscription was confirmed and it expires in March of 2024. So confused and in a panic, I checked my account, but I hadn’t been charged (yet) so I thought it was a mistake and decided to go ahead and cancel the subscription just in case.Well… 2 hours later, the charge came out of my account. Pissed and annoyed, I requested a refund that very moment. Yesterday (9/27/2023), I got an email from Apple saying there was a decision on my refund request. They deemed it ineligible for a refund without giving any reason as to why!I sent in a review of the outcome so I had to wait up to another 48 hours. I also called Apple after sending in that request (first mistake). I should have called before submitting the review. The representative I spoke with was just as surprised and confused as I was that I hadn't received the refund the first time. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to add any comments that could have helped in getting me a refund. **Lesson here, call before doing anything else**Today, I just got an email saying the same exact thing as the first request, "We reviewed your claim and your purchase doesn't meet conditions for a refund."I have all the screenshots so just know that I will be opening a dispute with my bank once the charge posts to my account.Here's another kicker.. I redownloaded the app yesterday evening and tonight. Yesterday, the app said 3-day free trial then $31.99 after. Today, the app said 3-day free trial, then $41.99 after. So not only do they scam people of a free-trial, they charge so many different amounts.Whoever runs this app, needs to be sued and shut down completely without any hopes of creating another app and I am very serious about that.
I wish I could give this site a zero. I just clicked on the subscription that clearly said three days free trial but they still charged my card. Within a minute of subscription my bank account was charged. What kind of scam is this??? Luckily I took a screenshot with them clearly stating the free three days of trial! What made matters worst none of the questions had answers.
This app does not solve a single valid math answer. All correct answers are solved by the AI bot, while all tutored answers do not even match the question and are incorrect. Not only that, but to get a single math answer, you must purchase the premium version of the app. I will not be paying £12 every month to finish my homework.
