,i was skeptical as you never really know what you are getting online but i can happily say we were highly satisfied with their service. Communication was brilliant! We also have took the offer up on the January discount, I would definitely use them again for a level 2 survey.
Morgan was helpful through the process, a fact we greatly appreciated as first time buyers. He answered all questions we posed as best as he was able to (even the odd ones!) and was polite and supportive throughout.
The survey was carried out quickly and thoroughly within in a time frame that worked best for us.
