Be extremely careful in dealings with this company. Staff appear friendly at first then pressure you to sign a bad energy deal. This is exactly what happened with us.

We are a micro business and they sold us a really expensive energy deal meant for small businesses. They will trick you using technical language. and make you sign a three year deal.

**Staff are using personal or mobile phones to bypass company controls and policies to create pressure on and target individuals to sign a bad deal. Something to the effect of if you don’t sign today, you will miss out on this deal.**

We raised a Complaint with the complaints department who instead of helping us chose to side with their staff.

So now, we will be raising this with the energy ombudsman or take them to court. I have call records.

So in summary, STAY WELL CLEAR.
