1/2 of my order still hasn’t arrived. I have had to deal with Spain Customs, have provided the documents they requested, and still no luck. It missed the birthday it was a present for too, a shame.

The guitar is beautiful, but faulty.

The guitar is beautiful. Unfortunately, I don't like Fender style volume and tone control knobs, and bought gibson ones. When I tried to remove the first knob, the spindle came out of the pot, destroying it. However, it is now 100% and I love it. I did not consider it worth returning the guitar, because it is an easy fix, despite Gear4Music's very kind offer to contribute to the repair. I needed the guitar to work, and don't have a spare guitar..all fixed and perfect in an afternoon!! I didn't lose any income, as would have happened had I returned the guitar for repair/exchange. Very happy with Gear4Music's kindness and very responsible attitude . You can trust them! Take my word for it.
