Review Time
At the beginning of January out of the blue my ring was frozen. I emailed the customer service team and was told they sent out a “mass email” to all customers that they were using a new provider and a new ring would be sent out? I never received any emails about this change. Now I’m waiting for a replacement ring and it’s been over 3 weeks. Something fishy is going on as most companies who do this send out new replacements for the smooth transition prior to freezing the card or device. I am still waiting for my so called replacement & I’m not holding much hope. I strongly believe that this company is in trouble and my funds are going to simply get swallowed up by this mess. I personally would not recommend using much better because it’s actually much worse than expected.
EDIT Got my new ring today so I have access to my funds. Took 3 weeks but it’s here. Fingers crossed I will have no further issues
My ring just stopped working with no warning. I was told it may be working by Spring, or i could request a new ring which would work immediately. That was a month ago. Istill haven't received it and responses to emails are zero. Closing my account and looking for another provider. Disappointed customer!!!
I deposited $1400 on Monday 26th January. Completed the app verification. Its now been 2 days and I can not get a response from anyone. I have sent multiple emails and received multiple tickets regarding the account. My money is locked in the account. I can’t withdraw or spend it anywhere. No one is responding to me. The support has been diabolical. I just feel scammed.
On the 10th of 2026, I initiated a withdrawal of 100 USD from a better wallet to my account, but the funds have not yet been credited. I've attempted to communicate multiple times through their bot with no human response. I strongly advise against using this service; it feels like a money trap.

Muchbetter used to function much more effectively, but that’s no longer the case. Previously, there were no issues with topping up using credit cards or alternative methods. Now, I can’t load funds using any approach, and the app fails to provide any error messages. There’s also no record of failed transactions. When accessing their site from Canada, I encounter a page that doesn’t allow any interaction. The URL implies some form of restriction? Are we really restricted? It feels as if they have quietly ceased operations without any notification, leaving their payment method unavailable.
They continuously request that I verify my address by providing a bank statement. After I submit it, they keep rejecting it without offering a clear explanation for the rejection, despite it meeting all the listed requirements.
The verification process for my account was straightforward, resulting in increased limitations. There are multiple deposit options available with minimal fees. Additionally, withdrawals from various gambling platforms are accepted and processed efficiently to designated banks. Overall, a great application that truly deserves a 5-star rating.
