Great service today from Lauren. She was very patient with me as I couldnt decide on an aftershave. But she knew what kind of smell I was after. And we got there in the end! Very professional and knew her stuff! Top marks to lau!

I was served by Jill and Kiah and they took the time to help me select a perfume for a relatives birthday. They were very thorough and my relative loved the perfume choice.
If I could give 0 stars I would. It's absolutely ridiculous. made an order and the system made a mistake to home delivery but I needed the parcel asap so needed to collect online. okay no problems I can just cancel that order and start a new one right. Or so I thought. turns out even though I'm doing this within a minute of the order being created, I can't do it. I have to then wait for a courier to be selected then myself contact the courier to then reject it and only then will they process my refund. honestly perfume shop this is a joke.Not impressed at all.
Went in for a specific fragrance, found what I needed and was offered a number of choices for my purchase; the assistant (Jill) was very knowledgeable, not at all pushy, very friendly and courteous. A very pleasant experience and no pressure ,,, the way I like to shop!
Once again, exceptional customer service by Eva and her team.
Knowledgable, informative and went out of her way to assist me with items that were all the way in the stock room.
She also introduced me to the Travalo which I carry to work.

Coventry shop yesterday: served by a young woman who lied about the loyalty card and got cross with me for pointing it out.
I was asked to sign up, which I did not want to do if it involved giving personal information. Server said, ‘no personal information, just your email address’ (!!!). On pointing out an email address IS personal, out came the anger. The young woman would not look at me, and would not give me a bag.
She also took a gift card off me and the perfume I was holding (as if I was a shoplifter, but at the same time taking my money, too, so I could not leave without losing £25, then. IGNORED me and served a man who was also waiting.
Worse service than Poundland. I will not go there again.
Customers shouldn’t have to put up with angry staff because we don’t want to share personal details ONLY our money.
The entitlement was off the charts. Awful place.
