EXCELLENT customer service and quick delivery. I had an issue ordering a pair of sunglasses (my side - nothing to do with the company) and Kim from customer services called me immediately when she saw my order hadn't properly gone through. She sorted everything out and posted the parcel immediately so I had it in time for a birthday present. I then had to make a change for a different pair of sunglasses (!) and Louise organised an exchange immediately. BRILLIANT staff - I'll definitely be using the company again in the future and spreading the word as they are very reasonably priced.

Had a absolutely fantastic experience from the moment I walked through the door , Warren clearly has a massive knowledge of all the products , even spent time with my son discussing helmets ( he is 16 in 6 months) , nothing was too much trouble, first time here and glad I went , if Warren is not the owner he is a absolute credit to the business.
