My order #35274 got canceled with no explaination, not happy with that, but the team contacted me later to explain where it went wrong. Gave me a discount as an appology. To customers outside the uk, forein creditcards can not be accepted so use paypall or banktransfer.
I am brand new to biking, I live local and wanted to try gear change first before going elsewhere. Been in the store 3 times now, each time I’ve had nothing but fantastic advice and help. Purchased all my riding gear and today I have just purchased my first helmet. I think it was Brandon who was helping me (sorry if I’m wrong) but he couldn’t do enough! Showed me every single option and never once pushed me into something I didn’t want or was on the expensive side. Over the moon with my helmet and the price was fantastic. Appreciate all your help and I will be using yourselves in the future. Thanks a lot 😊
Unexpected Cancellation After Payment:After successfully placing my order and completing the card payment, I received an email stating that they couldn’t accept card payments from an overseas address "due to security reasons." If this is a policy, it should be clearly stated upfront on the website, and card payments should be disabled when selecting a delivery country they don't accept payments from.Refund Delays:Although they claimed the refund was processed immediately, I was informed that it could take up to three working days for the money to appear back in my account. Considering today is Friday, this means my money is effectively blocked over the weekend. As a result, I can't reorder or take my business elsewhere until the refund clears.Poor Communication:Despite multiple emails asking for clarification and assistance, the responses I received were inconsistent and unhelpful. When I asked about alternative payment options, I had to reiterate several times that I could only proceed once the refund was received. Furthermore, I asked a question about a product, which has yet to be answered.Lack of Proactive Solutions:Rather than acknowledging their shortcomings or attempting to improve the situation, the solutions provided were limited and inconvenient. They suggested PayPal (which I don’t use and I stated that) or bank transfer but failed to offer any immediate resolution that would compensate for the delay their policies caused.Need for Website Improvements:If they don't allow card payments for international orders, the system should block those payments outright, saving customers time, frustration, and delays.
