"We offer 24-48 hour shipping" Lies.For spending over £50 That's what I was offered, thinking fantastic can get my order here before my partner goes back to work after coming of his bike and wrecking his gear, only thing left to get was his boots..So Late Monday evening placed the order, got told sit tight ill get confirmation on my order being shipped etc, again great.. he starts work again on Monday plenty of time get the boots; It's now Friday and I've received zero confirmation only you've taken the money, and my order has been received, Tried ringing customer service even sat in a queue for 20mins for the phone be disconnected; YAY! Being £111 down and no items in sight, fantastic! Love it, Not everyone at the moment can just afford to lose money like that, especially when people have had to take time of work after an accident; -.- Unless this package miraculously arrives today, and being withing the "48hrs delivery " time frame, my review will stay the same; as clearly I'm the 20% of customers that don't get there order within 24-48hrs
Brilliant deal RST Roadster II Boots on their ebay shop, Very happy with them thus far, not been on the bike yet to try them out properly but so far can state they are a good fit on me and certainly true to size,Roomy but certainly not at all in any way big , and not to small that you can't get good socks on without feet being too tight ,Not sure how long to break them in but by other reviews I read reckon they won't take much time or effort ,Delivery was very quick and were very well packed for transit ,Their chosen courier was very swift and delivered a safely handled service with the box and contents arriving in perfect condition and would be perfectly presentable as a gift / should you be buying for that reason,So 5 stars awarded to your courier too, Credit where due, All round professionalism and would be absolutely delighted to shop here again for future purhases, Defo in my top ten bike apperal suppliers and will most likely to be back for more later in the year, Thanks Guys .Ps - please don't change how you do things, Its kinda perfect as is
