Great response from GeekaPC whenever I asked a question about my pc (King model). The delivery was sooner than expected and the packaging was satisfactory. The performance was really good and can run any newly released game without any stutter.
After looking for my first proper gaming PC I decided to support a channel I had been following for a while. After purchasing I realised the company was close by. They offered to deliver it by a team member and it was honestly the best bit of customer service I have experienced to date. Not only was it packaged amazingly to minimize any damage (there was none) but the team member they sent out was an absolutely amazing guy. The communication via email was the best of the best and I highly recommend you give them a try. My PC is absolutely amazing and runs everything I want super well and I've ran into literally 0 issues.
I was initially worried with how safely it would be packed when out for shipping, but when it arrived, I was impressed with how safe and secure everything was packaged. I have no complaints at all with the whole experience. I would recommend this company to anyone who's looking to get a prebuilt pc
So far so good. Very happy with my purchase so far, although is still early days. Any questions I had were answered and I did ask a few. I was also able to upgrade the CPU on the build to one that suited me more. I even asked if this could be separated into 2 payment links, 1 for the default build and one for the upgrade and this was no issue at all. Great communication and very accommodating. Item was also packed very well, a lot bigger than I was expecting. All boxes for each main component were also supplied. Found on YouTube and will continue following. Highly recommend thank you. Took a plunge on these guys and glad I did. You don't put that much work in on your youtube and website for ulterior motives. My system came with a slightly higher spec motherboard (must have ran out) so no complaints from me. Arrived within the 10 day period and packaged well with all the extra cables/boxes etc10/10M Thomson
This PC is amazingly built! At first, the price seemed a bit high, but after receiving the product, I was blown away by the quality and the packaging from GeekaPc. I would highly recommend this product and this company to anyone looking for a high-quality PC at a great price point. I was not disappointed in the slightest.
