The contract was finalized promptly, but the service moved the specified start date forward by two months and continued to charge the payment. My fourth inquiry about this issue was also met with an irrelevant response!
The sim card does not work anywhere in Germany, but it functions in Portugal (my other home, where I must use a local sim and number). This is absurd. I expected the service to work in Germany. I'm considering canceling my contract. What a scam.

I signed up for a monthly plan but was enrolled in a two-year contract instead. Customer support was unhelpful during my attempts to resolve this.
