Today’s Brightspeed technician honestly restored my faith in service calls. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and actually took the time to explain what was going on instead of rushing through the job. Professional, respectful, and left everything working perfectly before heading out. Smooth install, zero hassle — exactly how it should be done. Appreciate the solid service.
I should have switched to brightspeed a long time ago. Timothy was awesome. I don’t know what you’re paying him but it’s not enough. He helped do things he didn’t have to do. He cleaned up the tech cabinet, ran a new line, and made sure I had good connection around my whole house before he left.
The phone contact part was poor. Nothing got fixed and I was on the phone for 57 minutes. Unfortunately the wifi has needed restarting at least once per day for a very long time. Iwas to the point of changing carriers. I am 75 years old and disabled with several health issues and dealing with this issue has been exhausting.
However, the young man, "Hunter" who came out was Great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He had my wifi back up and working again in a short amount of time.
I am hoping this will fix whatever has been going on and I won't continue to have problems in the future.
Tanner was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, fruendly, and was careful to make sure all our needs were addressed and resolved. Excellent tech! Makes Brightspeed a business that Im happy to do business with.
Thank you.
At first, 6 months ago I had a difficult time setting up a date for installation, but the fiber internet became available and then it was easy to set up a date. Since then there was 1 outage problem but so far service is very good.
Sure! Here’s a simple positive review:
"I recently had Bright Speed install my internet service, and I couldn’t be happier. The technician was on time, professional, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. The connection is fast and reliable, and I’ve had no issues since installation. I would definitely recommend Bright Speed to anyone looking for solid internet service."
Never going with Brightspeed again.
I got a promotion back in June, for 3 months free. 1st month free. Great. Then said that the 6th month, and 12th month, would also be free. Thought cool.
However, Jan 7th, email says : This is just a reminder that your second free month is coming through a reward card next month. You’ll receive an email that contains your reward card and instructions on how to redeem for your free month.
Waited for the other email. NOTHING. So now its Feb 25th, and I call em, asking about not recieving the email with instructions. They tell me, oh well we dont see that promotion in your account. It must have been a scammer. Im like, a scammer that doesnt get anything out of it. Cause I signed up with this company as a customer for thier internet. So a scammer is providing my internet, but you guys bill me every month. And even offered to forward them the email they sent me in Jan. They kept refusing. So when I moved at end of April, Im cancelling them and going with a different internet provider. Very disappointing for a new company, to lie and gaslight customers.
Brightspeed has withheld my deposit since Jan. 22 nd. No service was ever provided to my home. No one called my home to tell me they were not coming. I have asked for my deposit to be returned since Jan. 28 th on this day the installation was to take place. Customer service was very rude. Stay away from Brightspeed.
My internet went out Saturday morning. I had to wait until Tuesday morning before you sent a tech out. Maybe you are short-handed of technicians and that is why I had to wait until Tuesday?? That is poor service and unacceptable. Plus, I was just told by the technician working on my internet problem viewed that the cable was not buried correctly in the ground! Now another crew will need to be sent out to bury it correctly! And to add, on the phone, while speaking to your customer service representative, I was told you don’t have techs on weekends? Really? Guess what, service can go out on weekends as well. I am proof of that fact! Hospitals, police, firemen, airlines- all work 24/7. I see no reason why your technicians could not rotate weekends for emergency calls. Many people in today’s society work from home and cannot afford their internet service, to no fault of their own, to be interrupted for days! Just unacceptable. I suggest your “bright Minds” at your company come up with new bright ideas- perhaps such as mine. Regards, Your unhappy customer
Matt was on time and very efficient. He was careful to setup in a great spot inside and verified that everything worked before he left. Also he cleaned up the floor after drilling the new outlet! Well done!
