I placed an order for an item with a promo email price. At check out there was a payment disorder not attributed to Geekbuying. I placed the order again but I was charged full price instead of the promo one. I contacted Geekbuying service desk, who were very attentive, fast, polite and reasonable. The issues was promptly settled, the order went through fine and I received a refund for the difference. A very reliable service
