Used ipvanish for years never again, turned of auto renew twice and it auto renewed twice (2 Years) both times and the FULL price package and had to fight to get a refund.
Never using again also any metadata can be subpoenaed by U.S courts so not as secure as other VPN's
The customer service is amazing, I had a problem which was down to me they were so patient and very quick with responding, ipvanish is so easy to use and works amazingly. I have been using ipvanish or several years now I don't think ill use any other VPN.
I also don't think you will get anything better for the price. Highly recommended.

I gave one star because I couldn't give none. The support is incredibly frustrating. I was stuck in a cycle of unaddressed issues, and when I finally reached a real agent, they provided an external link that led me out of the support portal, requiring me to start over. I paid for a year but only used it for a month—very disappointing.
If potential new customers struggle to enroll and make payments, it leads to a poor initial experience. I faced difficulties enrolling over several days and different networks, and reported these problems. After enrolling, I referred a colleague who also encountered enrollment issues and will need to call support. This seems to be an ongoing issue that hasn't been resolved. The Windows app is easy to install and works well.
