I bought a device from GEEKOM Australia, and what followed is a six‑week (still continuing) nightmare of poor communication, delays, and outright bad‑faith behaviour. They sent me the wrong model, then refused to issue a simple refund, insisting I cover the return shipping and jump through hoops at my own time and expense.
Their customer care is so bad that they don’t even attempt to solve the issue in a way that satisfies the customer. There is no genuine effort to fix their own mistake, only excuses, delays, and conditions that benefit them, not the consumer. This is the worst support experience I have ever had.
After six weeks of being strung along and offered no proper remedy, I lost all confidence and trust in this company.
GEEKOM has failed basic consumer‑law obligations, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
If you value your time, your money, and being treated fairly, avoid doing business with them.

I recently ordered the GEEKOM IT13 i9-13900HK and was disappointed to be told a few days later that it was out of stock. However, the way Camille from the support team handled the situation completely turned things around. She responded promptly, offered alternative options, and when I explained my situation, she went out of her way to arrange an upgrade to the 32GB/2TB model at no extra cost as a goodwill gesture. The order was processed and dispatched the same day. Really impressed with how this was handled — great product and even better customer service when it counted. Would recommend.
The A6 desktop with 16 Gb memory is working very well for office and personal use. It's a sleek little box, and everything I wanted.The customer support has been very good. The only negative is that they only reply once per day. However, I accidentally ordered the wrong computer, and they changed the order for me, without making me cancel and reorder. Then I had a Windows 11 problem, and they gave me clear instructions to reinstall Windows. Their support has been wonderful. I would buy another.
There's got to be something wrong with their quality control.I bought a Geekom PC and within months, it was having problems when powering on. I sent it in for a replacement.The replacement also had serious problems. It would randomly freeze every 3-4 days when doing only light tasks like Zoom calls. Again, I sent it back for a replacement, but this time I had to wear the postage costs because of their returns policy.I gifted the second replacement PC to my father, who has reported that it has restarted randomly while editing Word documents several times in only a few months. I'm embarrassed to have gifted him a dud.Customer service was responsive, however, English doesn't seem to be their first language, leading to much frustration.They refused to issue me a refund which I am entitled to under Australian consumer law. Frankly, I don't have the time or energy to pursue legal action. I'll just have to take it as a very expensive lesson, which I'm hoping you can benefit from.Don't waste your time or money on Geekom. Spend your money on a more reputable brand.
