It might be a good idea to position the sewn seams on the insides of the big and little toes to prevent rubbing. The straps on the sides create a callus during foot movement, but I manage that with a callus remover.
Otherwise, this is truly a remarkable and effective product. I've been using them daily and can walk without pain. I also utilize toe spacers for the three middle toes to aid in straightening them. So far, so good, and I’m hopeful for avoiding surgery.
