Update.Have been contacted by the founder of genevity with an apology and a discount for my next order. I will order again as I do not have a problem with the product. I will re edit this post when I place my next order I ordered the capsules, then I had to email to find out why the order was taking so long, then they told me they were out of stock, and offered the powder, so I said please send the powder, and after a few weeks of nothing the capsules turned up
I have been a customer since 2023. When the company changed names I couldn't transfer the points I accumulated. I was told they would transfer but later informed that was going to happen and I was sent a 15% coupon, which was available to everyone. I also had a coupon for a free pouch of NMN that had no expiration date and I was told it could not be redeemed because that product in the pouch form was discontinued…. No offer to provide an equivalent was made available. The new packaging for NMN is almost double in size; however, the contents are the same weight as they were in the smaller containers. The formulas for both NMN and NAD changed. Since 2023, I've been consuming them both without water, and I've noticed that NMN is substantially more bitter and NAD is less chalky tasting. Although I researched this company over a year before my first purchase and have shared positive product information online, I have not reordered and I'm considering trying other brands.
