This is one of the BEST supplements I've ever taken. In just 2 weeks I have seen major improvements in my cognitive function, overall health and I have my energy back. I really do feel 5-10 years younger and can do lots of things in one day like I could when I was 40 (I'm 51) One of the best things is that I just don't need as much sleep, I go to bed around 9-10pm and am wide awake ready to go by 5amish and get to pursue my yoga and morning routine. I couldn't recommend these two products more, have got my parents onto it and am telling all my friends.Thanks so much for a fabulous product and to David Sinclairs Life Span book that highlighted these supplements. As Dr David Sinclair said, powder should have pure white colour and bitterish, burnt popcorn like taste, which this one seems to be like that.I am happy to notice overall improvement in my health and I definitely feel more energetic and motivated than before taking NMN. After purchasing this product I found subtle differences in my well being , however after a week or so I found a general positive feeling with mood and mental clarity. I work in IT , so helps. Sleep good too. Most recommend this product and hope to achieve long term results.
