I bought grease be gone and scale it down they were so good I decided to try some of the other products which didn't disappoint. Lovely fragrances and very powerful cleaning results. Value for money, long lasting and just what every home needs

The first time I ordered from Genie I ordered a few items on pre order, I didn’t understand that the other items ordered would come at the same time and I had no intention or ordering again due to waiting for the pre order products. However once I tried them I was totally amazed at the outstanding quality and how it made cleaning effortless and easier with amazing long lasting scents allowing me to enjoy cleaning again, now I would never use any other products, out of all my orders I have only had 2 issues with leakages on deliveries and after contacting customer services they responded quickly and were very helpful with sending out a replacement product.
ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!Unfortunately my delivery address was incorrect and was sent to an empty shop - i contacted customer service and got nowhere but let it be. As it would not let me cancel my subscription I skipped the next three deliveries allowing me time to sort it out ONLY TO FIND THEY ARE STILL SENDING THE SEPTEMBER ONE I CANCELLED AND HAVE CHARGED ME.NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM DAY 1 AND NOW I'M BEING CHARGED FOR SOMETHING I DON'T WANT AND WON'T GET!!!
I placed 2 orders over 3 weeks ago, still not received them. Contacted them on numerous occasions. Says in transit. Delivery is non existent. If they stopped making so many posts on social media and sorted their dispatch process out I might actually be able to review product, if I ever receive them! Won’t be ordering again.
