I'm truly impressed with the range of products I've tried so far. The oven cleaner worked wonders, making my cooker look brand new with just a microfiber cloth—no scrubbing needed! I also used the grease remover in my kitchen, and it effortlessly lifted all the grease from the cupboard tops with just a wipe. For my kettle, I tried the scale remover after struggling with stubborn burnt residue from home remedies. I sprayed it before heading to work and returned to find a sparkling base—just needed to rinse out the excess solution. Lastly, the floor cleaner is super concentrated, so you don’t need much. I used it on my wheelie bins with my usual outdoor brush, and all the dirt came off easily without any scrubbing. The bins look like new and smell delightful! I'm really loving this range and wish I could share before-and-after pictures to showcase the fantastic results!
This was my initial order. I placed it on the 28th of November, yet I haven't received any tracking details to confirm that my order has been dispatched. This order exceeded £80, and despite reaching out to the support team multiple times, I have not received any response. I would strongly advise against placing an order.

I faced some issues with orders and deliveries recently, and the customer service was lacking until a representative stepped in, and she was exceptional, proving that they truly care about their customers. I'm giving 3 stars, not due to the quality of the products, which are generally good—though the wax melts could be stronger—but because of the issues with order fulfillment and customer service. Too often, I haven't received all the items I paid for, and dealing with customer service has been frustrating. Their responses are often unprofessional, making it necessary to provide proof of missing items with photos of what I don't have. If I decide to order from their website again, I’ll make sure to video the unpacking process. It seems safer to order through other platforms where you have better support options.
My home is shining! I can't even describe the magic in these products. The carpet freshener smells incredible; I put some on my doormat and vacuumed just to enjoy the scent. This morning, my daughter exclaimed from upstairs that something smelled amazing. It was my vacuum! I'm absolutely thrilled—don't waste your money on other products; this company is the best!
The oven cleaner was a total waste of money and time. It didn't work at all, even after following the instructions and leaving it overnight. I should have just used a traditional cleaning method with a pad and soap, which is much cheaper. I paid for 48-hour delivery, but it arrived a week late. I would give zero stars if I could.

The only downside is the high shipping cost for small orders outside the UK. Luckily, I found a way to get them shipped through family.
