Shipping was relatively fast. Product looked good. I am extremely satisfied with the reacton of the customer support department. The only problem that actually made Sonabuds kit not suitable for my needs was the lack of Nepali language in the app. Also Bulgarian language is statet as Azerbaidjani language in the app, which is also misleading info for the user.
