I didn’t end up using CarHax since there’s barely any negotiation room on the specific car I want, but Dean still took time out of his Friday evening to walk me through why the price is likely firm and even found another vehicle for me to compare it to. Very impressed with Dean and the company, and I’d definitely recommend them to others.
