Review Time
So i stopped using HappyO and my subscription expired, this has just renewed again, and I cant tell you how much I've missed doing it. I have now set daily reminders set into my evening routine to actively take moments just for me. Truly beneficial I dont know why I tail off sometimes and go weeks sometimes without doing a session but when I do engage again I truly do feel relaxed and better and more clear as a person.
I have not used the services fir a verry long time a only was reminded when another payment went through. I asked to cancel my account and a refund of the last payment (today). Their policy can not pay back after 30 days of open an account. So they happely kept my money for the next 4 months......
I wish I used it more consistently and there was an app. The few months I had full access, it changed so much of my attention issues and ADHD. This is an amazing tool to overcome anything holding you back.
I've been using this series of hypnotherapy sessions almost every night for several months. Each evening, I choose a topic that resonates with me and aim to listen at least three times, as suggested. I don't do them consecutively; I like to vary my choices. The app tracks my usage, which is great. However, I often find myself drifting off before the 15 minutes are over. I'm not certain if the themes are making a lasting impact while I sleep, but they definitely aren't causing any harm. I highly recommend this!
I believed I had canceled my subscription by removing my account through the app, but I was billed again a few months later. It seems that you must cancel your subscription directly through the app; merely deleting your account does not stop automatic charges to your bank. Very disappointing. :(

They informed me that I had missed the refund window, even though I canceled just two weeks after signing up. Finally, I spoke to another representative who claimed to oversee support, assuring me my subscription was canceled and there would be no further charges. However, they refused to refund the recent charge. I strongly recommend steering clear of this service! **Update:** I sent the original invoice and the requested email address to the support representative. They have all the necessary information. **Additional update:** I've received another request for information I've already provided, including a demand for my phone number, which I refuse to share.
