Review Time
I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. I signed up for a health plan, but what they fail to disclose is that to process it, you must consent to receive emails, texts, and numerous communications from a third party for $6.95 a month. Additionally, there's another subscription fee of $31.05 a month from the same third party. These charges are non-negotiable. I have no interest in student loans or travel information, so why are they bundled with my health insurance? I will never use this service again!
I wish I could rate them with zero stars! I've been bombarded with calls every 2 minutes since 8:47 am, and as I write this at 3:25 pm, it hasn't stopped. I've requested multiple times to stop calling, explaining that I no longer need their services. Instead of respecting my wishes, they inundate me with questions about my health insurance choices and costs. Just leave me alone! The calls keep coming, all day long. No matter how many times I ask to be removed from their list, it disrupts my workday significantly.
After filling out their online form for health insurance last Saturday and requesting a callback for Monday at 10 a.m., I received numerous calls on Sunday, which I ignored. When I finally spoke to them on Monday, the experience felt very unprofessional—like talking to inexperienced individuals running a scam. I became uneasy when they revealed they were located out of state, so I expressed my desire to research further, only to have them hang up on me. Since then, I've been getting silent calls from their number. I strongly advise against filling out their form due to their unprofessional conduct.
In just 36 hours, we received 87 calls from various numbers. Each call seemed to be from the same source attempting to execute a fraudulent scheme. Despite asking them to remove our number, the calls from this call center continued.
I attempted to get health insurance quotes online and was shocked to be inundated with incessant phone calls. The first call came in at 11:33 pm last night, followed by another at 7:11 am today. The calls have not ceased—I've received a total of 107 calls so far. This is both criminal and abusive.
It's crucial to conduct background checks before entering your phone number online. I received 19 calls in one day, half of which occurred in the morning. When I answered and asked them to stop calling, they persisted. The next day, I received 4 more calls and 9 voicemails—all within a single day. Unless you want to be harassed, avoid these websites. I only sought a quote, not relentless harassment, which is how I realized they were a scam.
These individuals are scammers. After submitting my information, I received 7 calls within 20 minutes, even after blocking several numbers. I finally answered and requested to be removed from their list, which seemed to stop the calls. This is not an official healthcare site.
I was simply trying to get a quote and inquire about plans, but the agent I spoke with was rude. He provided some prices but then questioned why I was even calling, claiming I was wasting his time. He wanted me to secure a policy immediately, while I just wanted to ask for quotes first. I would advise against making inquiries here.
While searching online for quotes, I filled out information on a site and had to press to speak with a representative. However, while on the call, I was bombarded with calls from the same company, ringing every 5 to 7 minutes. I'm extremely frustrated; I only wanted a quote, not this ongoing harassment.
