I feel like I received low-quality imitations, similar to those from overseas sellers, even though I purchased from a local site at a higher cost. The filling is exposed and poses a risk, especially since it's intended for a baby or young child.
I placed an order on the 14th and got an email confirming it was processed, stating I would receive a tracking number within 2 to 3 business days. However, I never received any further communication. I ordered these items as Christmas gifts, believing they would arrive on time. I've sent multiple emails but have not received any response. The phone number provided just leads to an automated system. This experience has been very disappointing.
My children, aged 1 and 3, have been using the boots for nearly three weeks now. My daughter instantly adored them, and both kids have received plenty of compliments. They've tackled a few muddy outings, and even though the boots aren't waterproof, a quick clean after they dry restores them to looking brand new. As a busy mom of two, I consider this a significant win!
All items are sourced from CHINA! You think you're buying from local websites, but the packages take at least 15 days to arrive from China, often damaged. If I wanted Chinese products, I'd buy directly from those sites. I'm frustrated that this shop tries to disguise its origins. The products are decent but nothing extraordinary. I'm very disappointed.
