I have multiple family members who work outdoors in dimly lit conditions...these lights should significantly improve their experience 😊. I placed my order in early December, and they arrived beautifully wrapped under my tree a week before Christmas!
The delivery service placed the package in an unfortunate location exposed to rain, and I only retrieved it thanks to a thoughtful neighbor who noticed it. The package was waterlogged, damaging the product. While the situation was the company's oversight, they promptly reached out to ensure the lights functioned after drying. They worked perfectly, and they also offered me a discount along with a heartfelt apology. This has been the best customer service experience I've had this season, thank you! The ordering process was straightforward and the delivery was prompt. I tested the light when I gifted it to someone, and it truly impressed me! I do have some concerns about the warning regarding potential blinding of people or animals, but I believe that's a rare situation since it's difficult to keep one's eyes open in such bright light. I imagine that applies to animals as well.
I’m absolutely thrilled with the entire experience! The quality of the lighting product is outstanding. It’s a gift for the holidays, but I tested it out beforehand. It really illuminated the entire room! I appreciate when a product lives up to its promises. Additionally, I got a mini rechargeable flashlight for myself, and its quality is superb. I enjoy supporting smaller brands, and this company deserves that support.

I really enjoy the head torches and was pleasantly surprised by the carry case. The hand wave on/off feature is also quite impressive. - One area for improvement would be to provide better updates on delivery status. Overall, a great product! Ideal for walking my dog at night.
Lumilight came through. After placing an order through the website, there were some complications. It turned out that the problem was with the delivery service and not Lumilight. They had shipped the order earlier, but it faced delays in transit with no tracking updates. A huge thank you to Lumilight for their efforts in resolving the situation.

It's lightweight and easy to wear, and the motion on/off feature is definitely one of its standout qualities. It also came with a convenient little case for storage when not in use.
